Our Uniflex Series machines are the foremost in horizontal machining technology. They provide fast production rates while maintaining a high degree of flexibility. The ATX versions of the Uniflex line include three separate machining stations situated in a T-configuration around an indexing tombstone with special clamping to hold your parts. Our 3-Axis units come in a variety of different work envelope sizes and can be equipped with 6 or 8 spindle turrets or various size tool-changers. With these 3-headed versions we are able to reduce cycle times over traditional horizontal machining centers on average by a factor 5x to 8x. We also offer our ADX series that builds on the same platform as the ATX, but with only opposed heads and not the perpendicular head. This configuration is perfect for larger parts that require greater envelope sizes on the 3-Axis units, machine cells where part hand-off is important and for greater part complexities with multiple clampings required.
